Other Services
The mission of the Primary Care Network is to offer programs
and services which support primary care practices. The
department is committed to close communication with Primary
Care Providers and the intention to provide a strong sense
of hospital-provider partnership, regardless of the distance
from the practice to CCMC. The Pediatric Advice Line,
Kidsline, Office Triage Seminar, Physician Liaison, Rapid
Report, Mini-Fellowship, CC's Suitcase, and Office Emergency
Preparedness programs are current examples of Network
services.
