Overview | Staff
Evaluation services are available for infants, children, and
adolescents. Services may include but are not limited to provision of:
- Positioning Devices: sidelyers, standers, wedges, and chairs
- Bathroom Equipment: bath devices, toilet chairs and commodes
- Patient Lifts
- Car Seats
- Mobility Devices: walkers, wheelchairs (standard and power), scooters and strollers
When power mobility appears to be a viable option, specialized training is available from the OT/PT Care Center.
Collaboration with family, child, and community therapists (both home and school) is always a priority.
Adaptive equipment services may complement existing OT and PT services or be provided as the sole means of therapy.
Emphasis is placed on providing the best possible device to maximize body alignment and function. Custom fabrication, including molded inserts, is available.
