More than 200 select members of the public have participated in an eye-opening experience behind the scenes and on the front lines at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Participants in the “Mini Internship” program shadow clinical faculty members in four, two-hour rotations and then share their experiences at an end of day debriefing. It is mutually beneficial for the interns and for staff at CCMC who see things through new pairs of eyes.
