This page provides you with up-to-date and historical information about state
legislative issues that are important to kids. In odd-numbered years, the Connecticut
General Assembly is in session from January through June. In even-numbered years,
the Connecticut General Assembly is in session from February through May.
During the legislative session, we track the progress of various issues. The most
current information on our issues of interest will be provided below. At the end of
each legislative session, we produce a final State Legislative Report.
