Elite Sports Medicine (ESM) is the sports medicine division of Connecticut Children's Medical Center. Established as a multi-disciplinary facility to serve the needs of the adolescent and young adult athletes. Services include: operative and non-operative sports medicine, sports concussion treatment program, physical therapy, sports nutrition, sports psychology, sports performance enhancement, injury prevention center, and the Center for Motion Analysis.
